Description
On Republic Day we cook a meal that sits with the occasion, full of colour and a little bit of ceremony, and we deliver it to your door across Bengaluru so you can mark the day at home without standing at the stove. It is built for one, but you can order as many as your table needs.
Your meal includes:
- Tricolour pulao: fluffy basmati in three layers, saffron, mint and white, bright and fragrant.
- Paneer tikka masala: soft paneer in a rich, creamy, gently spiced gravy.
- Naan or roti: soft and fresh, to scoop up every bit of the gravy.
- Kesari bath: the sweet finish, warm with ghee and saffron, the way a Karnataka meal likes to end.
