South past Jayanagar and down the road. Bannerghatta Road stretches a long way, so we agree the exact stretch and the timing before anything else.
Bannerghatta Road is less a neighbourhood than a corridor with a hundred thousand lives strung along it. At the city end sits IIM Bangalore and the older institutions, then the hospital cluster, then the tech offices, and then kilometres of large apartment complexes running down past the mall toward the national park. The people along it are correspondingly mixed, students, hospital staff, IT families, and the old villages that the road grew through. Nobody here says they live on Bannerghatta Road without following it with which stretch, because the two ends are half an hour apart at the best of times.
Campuses, hospitals, tech offices and large apartment complexes along one long corridor. Institutional events and apartment community functions dominate, and access rules differ from gate to gate, so the setup gets planned in advance.
Institutional events at the campuses, seminars, convocation-season functions and department days. Staff meals and training-day lunches at the hospitals and offices. Down the road, the apartment communities run their own year of festival lunches, annual days and clubhouse birthdays, with access rules that differ gate to gate and food that has to please a crowd from every part of the country.
For a campus or training day on this corridor we would suggest Dhokla and a chutney to open, Channa Masala with Jeera Rice and phulka for the main, and Assorted Mix Seed Ladoo (Peanut, Sesame) with the coffee, a sweet that travels well and eats light. For apartment festivals we happily run a south Indian counter alongside.
South past Jayanagar and down the road, the run is around an hour, and the exact stretch is agreed at booking because the corridor is long enough that the delivery time swings by twenty minutes between ends. Hospitals receive at their designated loading points with the kitchen's or admin's prior intimation. Apartment gates want names in advance, every complex its own system, and we collect the facility's process at booking rather than discovering it at the barrier.
We set up in campus halls, hospital function rooms and apartment clubhouses along the road, around IIM Bangalore and Meenakshi Mall. Every plate is pure-veg, and we prepare Jain options on request.
Bannerghatta Road is long. Which stretch do you cover? All of it, from the IIM end down past the ring road junction. What we insist on is the stretch itself at booking, the landmark or gate number, because the corridor's two ends are far enough apart to change the delivery plan. Once fixed, the timing is planned from our kitchen backwards.
Can you deliver to hospitals on Bannerghatta Road? We can, to the staff and institutional side: training-day lunches, staff celebration meals and department functions, delivered at the hospital's designated receiving point with prior intimation to their administration. Patient-area food is the hospital's own domain, and we stay on the staff side of that line.
Use the enquiry form on this page with your occasion and headcount. We reply with a suggested menu and a quote, and adjust both until they fit. Weddings and corporate events need about a week, small gatherings a couple of days.
